Refund Policy

In view of the particularity of customized products, you need to know the following

  • ①:Within 3 days after the merchant accepts the order, the customer has the right to cancel the order and apply for a full refund. The merchant will unconditionally cancel the order and refund the money
  • ②:3 days after accepting the order and before the order is shipped, the customer can apply to the merchant to cancel the order. The merchant will negotiate with the customer to deduct the corresponding amount of customized products and refund part of the transportation costs.
  • ③:After the order is shipped, the customer cannot apply to cancel the order or apply for a refund. Unless the merchant makes a custom product by mistake.

Upon receipt of your request to cancel your order, we will send you an email and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund..

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
